Sulyman Gardens (Unity Centre)
The longest-running retreat venue on the Lycian coast. Founded by Sevanti, leading retreats here since 1998.
Sulyman Gardens — also known as the Unity Centre — is the longest continuously-operating retreat venue on the Lycian coast. Sevanti, an English-born teacher who first arrived in Faralya in the 1990s, has been leading week-long yoga and breathwork retreats every season since 1998.
The venue sits on the cliff edge above Butterfly Valley, with outdoor dining terraces overlooking the Mediterranean. Programmes alternate between Hatha / Vinyasa yoga, breathwork (Holotropic and pranayama), and silent retreats. Cuisine is traditional Turkish vegetarian, sourced largely from the Faralya village gardens.
Best suited to repeat retreatants and committed practitioners; less polished than the boutique alternatives but unmatched for atmosphere.
