What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us at booking. If you're late, the driver waits — included in the base price for up to 3 hours. If your flight is rescheduled by more than 12 hours, email us and we'll move the booking.
Do I need to book a return separately?
Yes — book each direction as its own transfer. We'll add round-trip discounts in a future release; for now they're treated as independent bookings.
Child seats?
Available on request — €8 per seat. Tell us how many at booking; the driver will have them ready. Children count toward passenger capacity.
Late-night surcharge?
Pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a small surcharge (€10–20 depending on route). The modal shows your live total before you pay — no surprises at the door.
Cancellation?
Free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup · 50% refund 24h–4h before · no refund inside 4 hours. If we cancel for any reason, full refund.
